How to Create and Manage Modules

Overview

Sanka allows you to customize your workspace by creating modules tailored to your business needs.

Modules represent specific features or solutions, such as Inventory Management, Purchase Orders Management, or Human Capital Management. Creating modules enables you to organize your data, workflows, and tools effectively.

This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating new modules in Sanka, along with tips for optimizing their setup.


Process to Create Modules in Sanka

1: Access the Module Management page by clicking Workspace Management button and select Object Manager to access the modules and objects setting page.

2: Select Modules to access the list of existing modules. The modules existed are coming from the modules you’ve selected when creating new workspace.

3: Click the Template button if you want to create new modules from pre-built templates (e.g., Inventory Management, Orders Management) if they align with your needs.

4: Or if you want to create custom modules, click the Create New Module button.

5: You will be directed to blank New Module fields.

6: Enter a Module Name that reflects its purpose (e.g., "Production Management"). Select the object for the module to match your operational plan or structure. Then click Save button.

7: Your new modules will appear at the left side and followed by the objects set.

Editing Existing Modules

8: To edit existing modules, access the Module Management page by clicking Workspace Management button and select Object Manager to access the modules and objects setting page.

9: You can delete the unused module by clicking delete button.

10: If you want to add more object in the module, you can click on the object field and select the object you want to added from the lists.

11: Once you’ve done, click the Save button and your change will be updated.
