I've been using the YMM app on my store for roughly 8 months. The initial set up was easy and they altered the plug-in to match my site layout and colors.

I haven't had a single issue with this app, and yesterday, I added an additional drop down, which now gave me 4 drop downs instead of 3.

I emailed these guys and asked to edit the size of each field so everything was on a single row, and had them change a couple other things. Literally... 1 hour later, they had completed everything.. ONE HOUR!!

Their service continues to impress me, and their app works absolutely flawlessly!
