We hired SolverStaff to enhance the speed and performance of the website. The job was done fairly quickly, however not even a month has passed and the speed dropped from 80 back to 29. We reached out again to check what's going on and only then were we informed that if you update a theme, the speed will go back to what it was. So they are asking for money again to do basically the same job. If we were informed that updating a theme would be an issue, that would have been fine and would have been our fault. But since we weren't it's not. We're no experts in this and that's why we hired one. This should have been communicated with us prior to them accepting the job, so be aware when and if you hire this expert, as we feel like this was done deliberatly to mislead us and extort more money.
