Edna has done her part well. She is quite responsive, always trying to answer my inquiries and solve the issues. Although sometimes the overall process can be slow, and I have to repeat a few times to resolve the same issue (I am not sure whose problem it is, since there is a team working on), anyway, overall, I am okay with it.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now, but I wanted to wait until the design was fully complete. I'm so happy with it!

I started working with Desmond Kwok (Consultant), Marcus (Project Manager) and Nikki (Image Designer) a few months ago when my business needed a new website. I had an idea of what I wanted, but didn't know how to get there or how much it would cost. He helped me figure out what kind of site would be most effective for my business goals and made a few suggestions that really improved the design.

When we first started working together, I was hesitant about doing all of our communication over email. But he was always responsive and patient with my questions, which put me at ease right away. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and very easy to work with—just as friendly in person as he seems on email!

I couldn't be happier with the final product—it's exactly what I was hoping for and more!
