Open Positions
Software Engineer
You will work closely with the CEO and be responsible for engineering our applications and systems. Our customers are globally located across US, EU and Asia.
Responsibilities- Build backend / frontend of the Sanka app.
- Design and prototype software architecture.
- Analyze and measure Sanka app performance.
- Test and deploy Sanka app.
- Build AI / data model.
- Self-directed, curious, fast-paced personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Python and Javascript coding experience.
- Django / React / API integrations experience plus.
If we interview you, you can expect the following process
- Initial 30-45 minute conversation with a founder.
- A ~1 hour screen-share technical interview over zoom.
- A 1 month-long paid project (part-time or full-time).
Success Manager
You will work closely with the CEO and be responsible for our sales activities, customer support, and business growth.
Position- Remote or Tokyo office
- Full-time
- Understanding customer needs and planning sales activities
- Managing sales agencies and representatives
- Handling outbound and inbound sales activities
- Project management and creating help articles
- Systematizing the sales model
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- A self-driven, curious personality with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Tech/Software industry is a plus

- An initial 30-45 minute interview with the CEO
- Approximately 1-hour sales evaluation interview via Zoom
- A 2-week mini-project (part-time or full-time)
