Process to create “Orders” in Sanka:
Log In to Sanka
1: Navigate to Sanka and sign in to access your dashboard.
2: Ensure that you are in the correct workspace for orders creation and management.
Create a new Order
1: Go to Order Management and select Orders Object. Then click the “New” button at the top-right of the Orders page.
2: Single Entry will be selected as default if you create new. Fill the information of your Order.
3: Select Customer from the lists.
4: Or you can create new by clicking Contact or Company at the Customer property.
5: Select the Order Status for easy tracking later.
6: To fill the price information of your order. Click Item Information toggle. The items lists will show up (the items and price are coming from the items you’ve entered at Inventory Management).
The items are currency sensitive. So, make sure you select the proper currency otherwise the items won’t show up.
7: Enter your order amount.
8: If you want to add more item, click Add Item to show up the items lists.
9: Or you can manually enter new items by clicking manual input.
10: Add Shipping Cost if necessary by clicking Shipping Cost toggle. It need to be set at the Object Manager to present the Shipping Price on the list.
11: You can add discount too by clicking Discount toggle. The Registered Discounts need to be set at Object Manager.
12: But you can add discount directly from detail page by clicking manual setting.
13: Tax Rate can also be applied. Select how it will be applied from the options below.
14: Tax Rate also need to be set at Object Manager.
15: The Order Time is set in Real-time. But you can change it. Select the date and time then click apply to change.
16: Once all the required information are filled, click Create Orders.
17: Your expense record will appear on the record table page.
18: If you click ORDER ID, the detailed page will show up. You can edit, archive, or perform action from the existed order.
