Process to Create Attendance Record
1: Login to Sanka. Go to Employee Management Module, select the "Attendance" object, then click the "New" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
2: This will open a new form for adding an attendance record for a registered employee. Fill the required fields. First, enter the attendance name. Then choose the employee from the drop-down list of registered employees. Learn how to register the employee here.
3: Enter the time the employee checked in or started work.
4: Choose the track type from the drop-down list.
5: Enter the duration of the working hours. This will automatically calculate based on check-in time to generate check-out time on the record, but you can manually adjust it if necessary.
6: After filling in the required information, review it to ensure everything is correct, then click Create to create the record.
Process to Manage and Edit Attendance Records
7: Once a record is created, you will see it listed in the attendance table.
8: To edit an existing attendance record, click on the Attendance ID of the record you want to modify.
9: This will open the detailed view of the attendance record. You can now update information such as check-in/out times, track type, or add more notes.
How to Export Attendance Data
10: To export attendance data for payroll or HR purposes, click the Export button within the Attendance Object.
11: This will allow you to download the attendance records in formats such as CSV file or export it to other integrations.
12: If you choose export as CSV you will see the detailed information to be included at the exported file and click Download.
13: If you choose export to Integrations, you will see the integrations lists you’ve connected. You need to integrate/connect to other third party applications to show the integration lists.
