Forms are a vital tool to collect, manage, and store important employee data such as performance evaluations, feedback, and other HR-related information.

Process to access and create a Form
1: Login to Sanka. Navigate to the Employee Management Module on the left sidebar. Select the "Forms" Object under the Employee Management module.
2: In the top-right corner of the Forms page, click the New button to create a new form.
3: You will be directed to a form creation page where you can define the details of the form.
4: You can add multiple fields to your form depending on the data you need to collect. Click the Add Field button to insert new sections or questions into the form.
5: Enter the required information in the provided fields.
6: Pick the field type from the drop-down lists.
7: Turn the Required toggle on for the mandatory fields.
8: To delete the field, click on the X button.
9: You can drag and drop the field using the ellipsis button on the top of selected field.
10: Rename your Form before completing the process.
11: Once forms have been designed, you can track submissions by returning to the Forms object.
12: Here you can see your form.
Process to manage and update a Form
13: If you need to update or modify a form, you can click the Edit button next to the specific form.
14: The detailed page will be displayed. You can add, remove, or update fields as necessary.
15: If a form is no longer needed, you can remove it by selecting the form and clicking the Delete button.
Process to share a Form
16: In addition to creating and managing forms, Sanka allows you to easily share forms with employees and external parties. From the list of forms, look for the Share button at the right-side. Click it to initiate the sharing process.
17: You will be redirected to the link page. Click the copy button to get the link that can be shared to employees or external parties.
