How to Manage Employee Review

Welcome to the Sanka Help Center! This guide will help you navigate the process of creating and managing employee reviews using Sanka's Employee Management system.

Employee reviews are critical for evaluating performance, providing feedback, and setting goals for growth.

In this guide, we will explain how to create, manage, and update reviews for registered employees in Sanka with detailed, step-by-step instructions.

Process to access and create Employee Review

1: Login to Sanka. Go to Employee Management Module, select the "Reviews" object, then click the "New" button in the top-right corner of the screen.

2: This will open a detailed page for adding a review record for a registered employee. Fill the required fields. The reviewer will be set as default from the logged in ID to the selected Workspace.

3: Then choose the employee to be reviewed from the drop-down list of registered employees. Learn how to register the employee here.

4: Choose the overall rating from the drop-down list.

5: Add any comments or feedback related to the employee's performance.

6: After filling out all the required information and reviewing the entries for accuracy, click the Create Review button.

7: Once submitted, the employee review will be saved in the system and displayed in the review table.

Process to edit or update a Review

8: If you need to modify an existing review, click on the Review ID of the specific review you want to update.

9: You will be taken to the detailed review page where you can update information such as ratings and comments.

  • Update any information and click Edit Reviews button if you have finished.
  • Or you can remove the existing review by clicking the Delete Reviews button.

Process to export Employee Reviews data

10: If you need to export employee review data for reports or performance analysis, click the Export button located within the Review Object.

11: You can choose to export the data in CSV format.

  • If exporting to CSV, select the details to be included in the report, such as the employee name, score, and feedback.
  • Click Download to save the file to your device.

Process to import Employee Reviews data

12: To upload multiple employee reviews at once or import review data from an external source, navigate to the Review object and click on the Import button.

13: Make sure your review data is in the correct format. Check Sanka’s CSV format for bulk imports.

14: Click the Upload button to select your prepared CSV file.

  • After uploading, Sanka will automatically map the columns of your file to the appropriate fields in the system.
  • Review the mapping to ensure accuracy.
  • After reviewing the mappings, click Import to finalize the process.
