Basic Flow of Accounting Management

The Accounting Process:

  1. Create and Send Invoices: Use Sanka to create and send professional invoices to clients and customers, ensuring timely payment.
  2. Record and Manage Expenses: Keep track of your business expenses by entering each cost incurred in your operations.
  3. Manage and Pay Bills: Sanka helps you manage and pay bills to partners, ensuring that all your payables are processed on time.

Default Objects in Accounting

Sanka’s accounting system revolves around key objects like Invoice, Bill, and Expense. Each of these objects plays a critical role in your accounting workflow, and here’s how to use them:

Invoice

Invoices are critical for billing customers and getting paid on time. Sanka’s Invoice feature allows you to easily create, send, and track invoices. Personalize your invoices by adding your company logo and customizing payment terms to ensure timely payments.

How to Create an Invoice:

  1. Navigate to the "Invoice" object.
  2. Click "Create Invoice."
  3. Enter customer details, billing items, and payment terms.
  4. Send the invoice via email or export it as a PDF.

Bill

A Bill refers to any money your business owes to suppliers or partners. Sanka’s Bill feature allows you to manage these payables effectively. You can create bills, set reminders for due dates, and mark bills as paid once they are settled.

How to Create a Bill:

  1. Go to the "Bill" section.
  2. Click "Create Bill."
  3. Enter the partner's details, total amount, and due date.

Expense
