At Sanka, each bill is assigned a unique ID, allowing you to link it with necessary information such as partner (contact and company).
Additionally, you can set statuses (Draft, Received, Approved, Paid) for each bill, making it easier to track the progress.

How to Create a Bill
1: Login to Sanka and go to Bill Object. Then create new.
2: The detailed page will be displayed. Fill the necessary information. First, select the partner from the registered contact and company.
3: If you didn’t have registered partner (contact and company), click here to learn how to register contact and company.
4: Enter the bill description and amount to be paid. Change the status for better tracking.
5: Today’s date is set as default date. You can change it by clicking the date to display the calendar then click apply.
6: Click the payment due field to display the calendar and enter the date.
7: You can add billing file if necessary by clicking the upload button and select the file from your local disk.
8: After you fill the information. Click create.
9: The registered bill will be recorded and displayed here.
10: To edit any information, you can simply click the ID and edit the information then click update.
How to Archive Invoice Information
With the archive feature, you can hide registered invoice information from the table.
11: Click the box of the bill you want to archive, and select "Archive."
12: Archived bill will be grayed out.
13: If you want to unarchive it, click the box of the relevant bill and select "Activate."
14: Activated bill will no longer be grayed out and will return to their normal display.
