Setting up Sanka Power Search
Step 1: Install Sanka Power Search
1: Navigate to Sanka website
2: Create a free account
3: Click Integration on the side bar, and then create a new integration
4: Choose Hubspot and then select "Sanka Power Search". You need to upgrade to Standard to use Sanka Power Search
5: Choose Hubspot account you want to connect and it will redirect you back to Sanka site.
Step 2: Configure Search Fields
1: After installing the app, open the Hubspot integation and choose Power Search settings.
2: Choose custom objects and properties you want to search
Now you're ready!
Step 3: Configure Hubspot Cards
1: Log into your HubSpot account.
2: Navigate to Contacts, Companies, or Deals. In this example we'll use Deals.
3: Click customize record
4: Select a view you want to add the search fields
5: Select a tab you want to add the search fields. We recommend creating a new tab with the custom object name.
6: Add card there and choose the Power Search app
Step 4: Search and match custom objects on Hubspot
Now, if you go to the tab you created in Deal page, you see a search field is being displayed! Try running a search or two.
Once you find data record you want to make associations, you can select the checkbox and click "Match". The associations are made instantly.
