Process to Configure Timezone in Sanka

1: Login to Sanka.

2: On the workspace dashboard, click on the Account Settings.

3: In the Account Setting page, find the Timezone field.

4: If timezone is not selected, we use UTC as a default timezone setting.

5: Click on the dropdown menu to view the list of available timezones.

6: Scroll through the list or use the search bar to locate your desired timezone.

  • Example: If your team is based in Bangkok, select Asia/Bangkok (GMT+7).

7: After selecting the timezone, click the Save button to confirm your changes.

8: Return to your workspace dashboard.

9: Check the timestamps on recent activities, tasks, or reports to ensure they now reflect the correct timezone.
